To enter an accented letter for Spanish translation in LabelForge for Windows, you can use the following keyboard shortcuts:
For lowercase "i" with an accent: Hold the Alt key and type 0237 on the numeric keypad.
For uppercase "I" with an accent: Hold the Alt key and type 0205 on the numeric keypad. Alternatively, you can also use character map tools or language settings on Windows to insert accented letters.
1 X 2.5 linear/human readable-text on top need font at 40, this does not give me a large enough barcode and will not center in the 2.5 inch label.

In most of the cases, for label printing you have to check the layout and the print preferences. There are also settings in the Print Preferences window. Disable any auto-fit preferences and choose the layout correctly because any setting will change the aspect of the printing, if it's not configured correctly.

I recommend you download the user guide of the application to read more about the print procedure: https://www.graphicproducts.com/media/69443/labelforge-user-guide.pdf
